No more pop-up. In-N-Out served up burgers today, the big sneaks

Here comes a storm of disappointment for all cult fast food fans in Shanghai: the much-anticipated In-N-Out pop-up on Wednesday 22 March is no longer happening because the team got worried about the crush of people after their burgers.

As we wrote on March 3, the pop-up was supposed to be held this Wednesday at Wow Café on Shaoxing Lu, with only 200 burgers up for grabs. Apparently, event organisers became flustered due to the 'unexpected' publicity garnered by the event. What's more, in a sneaky turn of events, they didn't actually call it off. The team apparently pulled a fast one and moved the pop-up to this morning. Major sad face.
